Registration

Registration is possible online on the conference web page (the link below) or by filling the registration form (in the section Download) and sending it either by email to iric@oltisgroup.cz, fax or mail according to the instructions in the registration form.

Conference fees:

• € 390 + VAT 20%  Standard Fee
• € 290 + VAT 20%  Reduced Fee – non-commerce/state organisations, universities, academia
• € 190 + VAT 20%  Reduced Fee – speakers, press (IRIC Official Media partner)

 

After receiving your registration, we will confirm it and send you by e-mail an invoice for the fee. Payment must be received prior to the event. (In case we do not receive your payment by the date of expiry of the invoice, we will notice you and subsequently, your registration could be cancelled.)

The fee includes

• Entry to the conference
• Refreshments and lunch during breaks
• Gala-dinner (day 1)
• Slovak evening (day 2)

Cancellations

The registration is mandatory. In case of cancellation of your participation the full registration fee will be charged. If a participant is unable to attend, a substitute may take part instead.
